I’m planning on getting a cell phone soon, and I want a pay-to-go kind. I’m looking for a relatively cheap phone ($100 or less) with (preferably free) instant messaging and the ability to take pictures.

My husband got one of those Alltel U choose plans… I think that’s what it’s called. The plan offers a choice of different features to be included and we only end up paying around $20-something a month. We chose the 75 cents a day plan.
